The mission of the GHWA Board of Directors is to preserve and enhance our community and investments by maintaining common property, and preserving our covenants and deed restrictions through fair, ethical, equitable, and objective measures.
Actions and considerations by the Board will be to do all things necessary and proper that are in the best interests of all homeowners of the Association.
Guiding Principles
Apply a fair, ethical, and objective approach with respect to the interest of all homeowners.
Ensure that all additions/changes to lots, homes, and property in the subdivision will preserve and/or enhance the value of our properties.
Work with members in a professional, objective, and ethical manner, and resolve or respond to requests in a timely manner.
Protect and enhance the value of our neighborhood by maintaining all common areas.
Make and implement responsible decisions regarding the use of funds and assets belonging to the Association.
Our pool is open 30 minutes after Sunrise to 30 minutes before Sunset. Fobs open the pool gates only during these hours. The pool heating policy can be found here: GHWA Pool Heating Policy

Members are encouraged to read the Document Request Resolution in its entirety before submitting a Document Request. Applicable fees may apply, regardless of whether the Member picks up the requested documents or not.
