If assistance is needed outside the normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time), Members can still call 727-942-1906 or email communitycare@sentrymgt.com, which will be directed to Sentry Community Care 24-hour Service. Members should follow the prompts provided. Sentry statistics show that 90% of calls to Sentry can be handled by the Sentry Community Care 24-hour Service; the remaining 10% are handled directly by the local office.

General Assistance: Visit www.sentrymgt.com and select “My Account” at the top of the home page. You will be prompted to log in to the CommunityPro® PORTAL. Once logged in, you will be able to view your user profile, account balance, make a payment, set up auto-pay, request replacement coupons, and view governing documents.
 
The Board of Directors is working towards establishing a community culture where the chain of command and communication flow smoothly through Sentry Management to the Board of Directors. Sentry Management needs to manage our community; that is what the Board of Directors pays them to do. The Board of Directors encourages the membership to first use every available means to work through Sentry Management.
