The 2026 Dues are $190 per quarter.

Member Dues
The GHWA dues for 2025 are $181 per quarter. 
 
Quarterly payments are due on:
January 1st,
April 1st,
July 1st, and 
October 1st.
 
Late fees will be assessed after the 15th of the month

GHWA is located in unincorporated New Port Richey, FL.

Municipal services, government, permitting, and law enforcement are provided by Pasco County (not the city of New Port Richey).

Our Mission
 
The mission of the GHWA Board of Directors is to preserve and enhance our community and investments by maintaining common property, and preserving our covenants and deed restrictions through fair, ethical, equitable, and objective measures. 
 
Actions and considerations by the Board will be to do all things necessary and proper that are in the best interests of all homeowners of the Association.
 
 
             Guiding Principles
 
  •  Apply a fair, ethical, and objective approach with respect to the interest of all homeowners.
  • Ensure that all additions/changes to lots, homes, and property in the subdivision will preserve and/or enhance the value of our properties.
  • Work with members in a professional, objective, and ethical manner, and resolve or respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Protect and enhance the value of our neighborhood by maintaining all common areas.
  • Make and implement responsible decisions regarding the use of funds and assets belonging to the Association.
New Members
New Members (owners and tenants) are required to attend a New Member Orientation.
 
New Member Orientations must be completed in order to receive access to the amenities. 
 
Only tenants who live in GHWA and have been granted in writing GHWA privileges by the owners of the property are allowed to use our amenities.
Pool, Tennis, Boat Ramp
Members only (fob required):
Our pool is open 30 minutes after Sunrise to 30 minutes before Sunset.  Fobs open the pool gates only during these hours.  The pool heating policy can be found here: GHWA Pool Heating Policy
 
Tennis Courts are open 7:00 a.m. to sunset.
 
 
When the North Channel reaches land, it is a no wake zone.  Boaters should observe the no wake rules.
 
Our Boat ramp is open 24/7.
 
Fishing is not allowed from the boat ramp.
